SPEEDY SHINE is a water-based gel dressing for tires, exterior trim, bumpers and rubber surfaces that delivers a medium-gloss, dry-to-the-touch finish without sling or noticeable dust attraction. The petroleum-solvent-free, VOC-free formula contains conditioning agents that help restore moisture to surfaces degraded by UV exposure and weathering.
