Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400 uses ultra-fine abrasives to rapidly remove sanding marks up to 1200 grit while delivering an exceptional level of gloss that matches its cutting power. It is silicone-free and filler-free, ensuring all results are permanent. The compound performs on all types of clear coat and works effectively with dual-action or rotary polishers as well as by hand.

Usage

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and cool to the touch before starting.
2. Apply 2-3 pea-sized amounts of compound to a medium or heavy polishing pad, or a lambswool pad.
3. Place the pad against the paintwork and work at low speed to spread the product evenly.
4. Increase to medium speed and work the abrasives (speed 3-4 on a DA, speed 2-3 on a rotary).
5. Remove residue with a soft microfibre towel.
6. Check the finish using a panel wipe to confirm all residue has been cleared.
