사용법

  1. 베어 메탈은 용제로 충분히 탈지하고 기존 도막은 약 280~400방으로 연마한 뒤 패널 와이프로 다시 탈지합니다.
  2. 사용 전 에어로졸을 충분히 흔들어 줍니다.
  3. 약 25cm 거리를 유지하며 균일하게 분사 도포합니다.
  4. 건조 가이드: 약 30분 지촉, 60분 경화, 90분 후 상도 가능 기준으로 진행합니다.
  5. 필요 시 샌딩한 후 1액형 또는 2액형 상도로 마감합니다.

Highbild is a high-solids modified alkyd and zinc phosphate filler primer used to fill and level minor imperfections in automotive bodywork. The thixotropic formula resists sag on vertical panels and delivers spray-quality build from an aerosol; it suits bare metal, GRP and fully cured paint.

Usage

  1. Degrease bare steel with a solvent and flat existing coatings with about 280 to 400 grit paper, then degrease again with panel wipe.
  2. Shake the aerosol thoroughly before use.
  3. Spray even coats from roughly 25 cm distance.
  4. Use the indicative drying guide of about 30 minutes touch dry, 60 minutes firm and 90 minutes before overcoating.
  5. Sand flat as required and apply a suitable single-pack or two-pack topcoat.
