디옥스-젤은 디옥스-C 용액에 담그기 어려운 큰 표면이나 물체의 부식 제거를 위해 만들어진 점성이 높은 요변성 녹 제거제입니다. 무독성·생분해성 젤이 수직면에도 잘 들러붙어 정밀한 강재를 변형시키지 않고 깨끗한 베어메탈 마감을 만들어 주며, 유리·플라스틱·알루미늄·크롬에는 영향이 없습니다.

사용법
- 느슨한 녹은 와이어 브러시·샌드로 제거한 뒤 미네랄 스피릿으로 탈지하고 뜨거운 비눗물로 세척해 완전히 건조시킵니다.
- 디옥스-젤을 붓·스패츌러·트로웰로 원액 그대로 두툼하고 균일하게 도포합니다(녹이 심할수록 두껍게, 최대 약 4mm).
- 가벼운 녹은 약 30~120분, 심한 녹은 약 12~48시간 두며, 장시간 작업 시 랩으로 덮어 건조를 방지합니다.
- 녹이 젤에 용해되면 단단한 플라스틱 브러시로 문질러 닦고 맑은 물로 충분히 헹굽니다.
- 종이타월·압축공기·핫에어건으로 완전히 건조한 뒤, 즉시 도장하거나 아톰맥을 도포해 플래시 러스트를 방지합니다.
Deox-Gel is a viscous, thixotropic rust remover for surfaces or objects too large to immerse in a Deox-C bath. The non-toxic, biodegradable gel clings to vertical surfaces and produces a clean, bare-metal finish without distorting delicate steelwork, and it is harmless to glass, plastics, aluminium and chrome.

Usage
- Wire-brush or sand off loose rust, then degrease with mineral spirits, wash with hot soapy water and dry fully.
- Apply Deox-Gel neat in a thick, even coat (up to about 4mm, thicker for heavier rust) with a brush, spatula or trowel.
- Leave for about 30-120 minutes for light rust, or about 12-48 hours for heavy corrosion, covering the coating with cling-film to keep it from drying.
- Once the rust has dissolved into the gel, scrub the surface with a stiff plastic-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Dry the metal completely with paper towels, compressed air or a hot-air gun, then paint or apply Atom-Mac immediately to prevent flash rust.
