사용법

  1. 느슨한 녹과 스케일, 오염을 제거하고 적합한 용제로 표면을 충분히 탈지합니다.
  2. 제품 라벨에 표시된 비율대로 레진과 경화제를 균일하게 혼합합니다.
  3. 준비된 기재 위에 붓, 롤러 또는 스프레이로 혼합 도료를 균일하게 도포합니다.
  4. 제조사가 지정한 재도장 시간 내에 1차 코트를 경화시킨 뒤 필요 시 2차 코트를 도포합니다.
  5. 중방식이 필요한 경우 2차 코트를 도포하며, 총 도막 두께는 데이터시트 기준을 따릅니다.
  6. 완전 경화 후 사용하며, 외부 노출 시 호환 UV 탑코트로 상도하여 보호합니다.

Epoxy-Mastic is a two-pack high-solids protective coating built on epoxy resin, low surface tension wetting hydrocarbons and zinc phosphate for strong corrosion resistance on steel and alloys. It is intended for long-term durability on chassis, vehicles, plant and machinery, including extended marine immersion service.

Usage

  1. Remove loose rust, scale and contamination from the surface and degrease thoroughly with a suitable solvent.
  2. Mix the resin and hardener at the ratio printed on the product label until uniform.
  3. Apply the mixed coating by brush, roller or spray onto the prepared substrate in an even film.
  4. Allow the first coat to cure within the manufacturer recoat window before adding a second coat.
  5. Apply a second coat for heavy-duty protection following datasheet film-thickness guidance.
  6. Let the system cure fully before return to service and overcoat with a compatible UV topcoat for outdoor use.
