A transparent, high-strength coating for untreated plastic surfaces that gives a semi-gloss look rather than a high shine. It forms a long-lasting, dirt-resistant film that holds up to temperatures around 680°C without losing its fireproof properties and resists ordinary cleaners. A built-in UV blocker offers extended protection against plastic discoloration.

Usage

  1. Clean the surface with Surface Cleaner Ultima, then neutralize with Surface Cleaner Neutra.
  2. Fit the application cloth onto the applicator.
  3. Put 12 to 18 drops of Plastic Coat -matt- on the cloth and spread it quickly in sections of up to 50 x 50 cm to form a visible film.
  4. Let it react for about 1 to 3 minutes depending on amount, humidity, and temperature.
  5. Remove the excess with a Special Coating Towel, working from the edges inward with straight, quick strokes.
  6. Polish with a fresh Special Coating Towel under light pressure, from the edges inward in circles.
  7. If streaks remain, repeat the polishing step with another fresh Special Coating Towel until clear.
  8. Recoating is possible after 20 minutes but should be completed within 35 minutes.

사용법

  1. 서피스 클리너 울티마로 표면을 닦은 뒤 서피스 클리너 뉴트라로 중화합니다.
  2. 어플리케이터에 도포 클로스를 끼웁니다.
  3. 플라스틱 코트 매트를 12~18방울 클로스에 떨어뜨리고 최대 50x50cm 구역씩 빠르게 펴 발라 눈에 보이는 피막을 만듭니다.
  4. 도포량, 습도, 온도에 따라 약 1~3분간 반응시킵니다.
  5. 스페셜 코팅 타월로 가장자리부터 안쪽으로 직선의 빠른 동작으로 잉여 제품을 닦아냅니다.
  6. 새 스페셜 코팅 타월로 약한 압력을 주며 가장자리부터 안쪽으로 원을 그리며 닦습니다.
  7. 얼룩이 남으면 새 스페셜 코팅 타월로 깨끗해질 때까지 반복합니다.
  8. 재코팅은 20분 후 가능하며 35분 이내에 마쳐야 합니다.
