Usage
- Wash the vehicle and remove all contaminants. Wipe off all moisture. Perform adequate paint decontamination and surface preparation — coating performance depends heavily on prep quality.
- Prepare cloths: applicator (MF sponge), wipe-off cloth, and finishing cloth (plus 2 spares). Mask any areas you do not want coated (rubber, glass, etc.) if desired.
- Shake Step 1 (Nano Diamond Hard Coating) vigorously about 50 times to disperse the nano-diamond particles.
- Apply Step 1 in dry conditions only. Start with approximately 10 drops on the applicator sponge, then add 2–3 drops per panel as you proceed. Work one panel at a time: apply, wipe off evenly, finish with the finishing cloth.
- For large panels (hood, roof), divide into four sections and complete each section before moving on. Do not rest mid-application — any missed areas will harden and become difficult to remove.
- Immediately after completing Step 1, proceed to Step 2 (Carbon Nanotube Coating) without delay.
- Shake Step 2 approximately 30 times (floating black particles are carbon nanotubes — shake well). Spray onto a damp, well-wrung cloth.
- Working one panel at a time, spread Step 2 across the panel, then wipe clean with a separate damp, well-wrung cloth to remove streaks. Finish with a dry wipe for best results.
- After completing both steps, perform a final check across the entire vehicle for any uneven areas or streaks. Address any issues promptly before curing progresses.
- Work in the shade, away from direct sunlight, wind, and high heat. Wear protective gloves, mask, and goggles throughout.

사용법
- 차량을 세차하여 오염물을 제거하고 수분을 완전히 닦아냅니다. 철저한 전처리 및 하지 처리를 실시하세요 — 코팅 성능은 전처리 품질에 크게 좌우됩니다.
- 클로스를 준비합니다: 도포용(MF 스펀지), 닦아내기용, 마무리용 각 1장씩과 예비 2장. 필요에 따라 고무류, 유리면 등 코팅을 원하지 않는 부위를 마스킹하세요.
- Step 1(나노다이아몬드 경화 코팅)을 약 50회 힘껏 흔들어 나노다이아몬드 성분을 분산시킵니다.
- Step 1은 반드시 건식으로 시공합니다. 도포용 스펀지에 처음 10방울 정도 떨어뜨려 시작하고, 이후 패널마다 2~3방울씩 추가합니다. 한 패널씩 도포→고르게 닦아냄→마무리 클로스로 마감합니다.
- 보닛·루프 등 넓은 패널은 4등분하여 구역별로 시공합니다. 중간에 쉬지 마세요 — 놓친 부위가 굳어 제거가 어려워집니다.
- Step 1 시공이 완료되는 즉시, 지체 없이 Step 2(카본나노튜브 코팅) 시공을 진행합니다.
- Step 2를 약 30회 흔듭니다(떠다니는 검은 입자가 카본나노튜브이므로 충분히 흔들어 섞어주세요). 물에 적셔 꼭 짠 클로스에 스프레이로 분사합니다.
- 한 패널씩 Step 2를 고르게 도포한 후, 물에 적셔 꼭 짠 깨끗한 클로스로 얼룩 없이 닦아냅니다. 마지막에 건식 닦기를 하면 마감이 더욱 좋아집니다.
- 두 단계 시공이 완료되면 차량 전체를 최종 점검하여 얼룩이나 불균일한 부분을 확인·제거합니다. 경화가 진행되기 전에 신속히 처리하세요.
- 직사광선, 바람, 고온을 피해 그늘에서 시공하며, 전 공정에서 보호 장갑·마스크·보안경을 착용하세요.
