A professional elastomeric coating that cures into a thicker, flexible protective membrane on the treated surface. It is aimed at demanding work where both appearance and wear resistance matter, and can be laid over paint, film, wheels, glass and plastic parts. The brand states a 1.5–2 micron layer, roughly four years of durability, a 120° water contact angle and 9H–10H hardness depending on the substrate.

Usage

  1. Wash the vehicle thoroughly and remove all contamination from the paint.
  2. Decontaminate the surface with iron removal, deposit removal and claying.
  3. Machine correct the paint if its condition calls for it.
  4. Degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol so it is perfectly clean, dry and cool.
  5. Put a few drops of the coating onto a dry applicator, adding a suede cloth in colder conditions.
  6. Spread the coating in crosswise passes, keeping the layer wet and even, and split large panels into sections.
  7. Go over the same area again with the applicator alone, without adding more product.
  8. Level the coating with a first clean microfiber cloth, waiting 15–30 seconds first in cooler weather.
  9. Buff the panel to a streak-free gloss with a second microfiber cloth.
  10. At least 10 hours later apply Coating Booster to shield the fresh layer, and hand wash the car regularly in the first days.

사용법

  1. 차량을 꼼꼼히 세차해 도장면의 오염을 모두 제거합니다.
  2. 철분 제거, 침착물 제거, 클레이 작업으로 표면의 고착 오염을 정리합니다.
  3. 도장 상태에 따라 필요하면 머신 폴리싱으로 결함을 보정합니다.
  4. 아이소프로필 알코올로 탈지해 표면을 완전히 깨끗하고 건조하며 서늘한 상태로 만듭니다.
  5. 마른 어플리케이터에 코팅제를 몇 방울 떨어뜨리고, 기온이 낮을 때는 스웨이드 천을 덧댑니다.
  6. 가로세로 교차 방향으로 도포하며 도막을 촉촉하고 균일하게 유지하고, 넓은 패널은 구획을 나눠 작업합니다.
  7. 제품을 추가하지 않고 어플리케이터만으로 같은 부위를 한 번 더 문질러 줍니다.
  8. 기온이 낮으면 15~30초 기다린 뒤 첫 번째 깨끗한 마이크로파이버로 여분을 걷어 냅니다.
  9. 두 번째 마이크로파이버로 얼룩 없이 광이 날 때까지 마무리합니다.
  10. 시공 10시간 이후 코팅 부스터를 올려 갓 시공한 도막을 보호하고, 초기 며칠간은 손세차로 관리합니다.
