Nanolex Si3D Cerabide is a virtually VOC-free, easy-to-apply single-layer ceramic coating for paint, rims and hard plastic parts. It is the first 3D Si carbide matrix reinforced with functionalized organic/inorganic hybrid solid particles, delivering extreme hydrophobicity (105°+ contact angle), scratch resistance and irreversible scratch-filling properties. Service life exceeds 75,000 km even under extreme conditions, and the bundle includes 30 ml of coating, an applicator block, four suede cloths and a microfiber buffing cloth.

Usage
- Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, grease and contaminants using Nanolex Ex or Nanolex PreWash.
- Ensure the surface is completely dry before starting application.
- If the surface is heavily scratched or oxidized, polish it with Nanolex Heavy Cut Polish or Nanolex Finishing Polish before applying the coating.
- Application: Apply at a processing temperature between +5°C and +30°C, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Shake the bottle well. Apply a few drops to a lint-free application cloth or applicator and spread evenly over the surface in circular motions.
- Leave the coating on for about 10–15 minutes until it begins to dry.
- Buff the treated surface with a clean, soft microfiber cloth to remove excess product and achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Drying/curing: Allow the surface to dry for at least 4 hours before exposing it to moisture; full curing occurs after 24 hours.
- During curing, do not wash or wet the vehicle. Maintain with mild cleaning agents such as Nanolex Pure Shampoo and avoid harsh chemicals.

사용법
- 준비: 나놀렉스 EX 또는 프리워시 등의 적합한 클리너로 표면의 먼지, 유분, 오염물을 철저히 제거합니다.
- 도포 시작 전 표면이 완전히 건조되었는지 확인합니다.
- 표면에 스크래치가 많거나 산화되어 있을 경우, 코팅 도포 전 나놀렉스 헤비컷 또는 피니싱 폴리쉬로 폴리싱합니다.
- 도포: +5°C에서 +30°C 사이의 작업 온도에서 도포하며, 직사광선을 피합니다.
- 병을 잘 흔든 후 보풀 없는 도포용 천이나 도포기에 몇 방울을 떨어뜨리고 원형 동작으로 표면에 고르게 펴 바릅니다.
- 코팅이 마르기 시작할 때까지 약 10–15분간 둡니다.
- 깨끗하고 부드러운 마이크로파이버 천으로 처리된 표면을 버핑하여 잉여 제품을 제거하고 고광택 마감을 완성합니다.
- 건조/경화: 수분에 노출시키기 전에 최소 4시간 동안 건조시키며, 24시간 후에 완전 경화됩니다.
- 경화 중에는 차량을 세차하거나 물에 닿게 하지 않습니다. 나놀렉스 퓨어 샴푸 등 순한 세제로 관리하고 강한 화학 약품과 거친 세차는 피합니다.
