Nanolex Si3D RIM is a polysilazane-based ceramic coating engineered specifically for wheel rims, striking a balance between flexibility and resistance to brake heat and brake dust. It bonds to all rim types (clear coated and uncoated), can be applied either manually or via spray (HVLP / airbrush), and once cured leaves a hydrophobic protective layer that makes brake dust and dirt rinse off easily. Cures at room temperature in 24 hours and offers protection of approximately 50,000 km or 50 washes (up to about 2 years).

Usage
- Optimal working conditions: temperature 5-30°C, humidity 30-70%; work in shade away from direct sunlight.
- Cleaning: ensure the rims are completely dry and free of contaminants, dust or residue. Clean with Nanolex PreWash Concentrate, then with Nanolex EX immediately before application using Nanolex microfiber cloths.
- Manual application: apply 8-10 drops of Nanolex Si3D Rim to a microfiber application cloth and apply evenly to the rim surface in a crisscrossing motion without excessive pressure; allow to dry evenly.
- Manual buffing: after 2 to 3 minutes, rub off the residue with a soft microfiber cloth using light movements and avoiding pressure.
- Spray application: with HVLP set pressure to 2-3 bar and use a 0.5 nozzle, apply Si3D Rim evenly to the rim surface ensuring complete coverage; no wiping required after spraying.
- Drying/curing: allow the product to cure on the rim surface for at least 24 hours at room temperature in a well ventilated area; avoid water contact during curing and do not wash the rims for the first 7 days.

사용법
- 작업 조건: 온도 5-30°C, 습도 30-70%, 직사광선을 피해 그늘에서 작업합니다.
- 사전 세정: 휠을 완전히 건조시키고 오염물·분진·잔여물을 제거합니다. Nanolex PreWash Concentrate로 세정 후, 도포 직전에 Nanolex EX로 한 번 더 탈지하며, Nanolex 마이크로화이버 타월을 사용합니다.
- 수작업 도포: Nanolex Si3D Rim 8~10방울을 마이크로화이버 어플리케이터에 떨어뜨려 휠 표면에 크로스 패턴으로 무리한 힘 없이 균일하게 도포하고 균등하게 마르도록 둡니다.
- 수작업 후처리: 2~3분 경과 후 부드러운 마이크로화이버 타월로 가볍게 닦아내며 잔여물을 제거합니다.
- 스프레이 도포: HVLP의 경우 압력 2~3 bar, 노즐 0.5mm로 설정해 Si3D Rim을 휠 표면에 균일하게 분사하며 완전한 커버리지를 확보합니다. 분사 후 닦아낼 필요는 없습니다.
- 건조/경화: 환기가 잘되는 곳에서 상온으로 최소 24시간 경화시키고, 경화 중에는 물과의 접촉을 피하며 도포 후 7일간은 휠을 세차하지 않습니다.
