A polysilazane-based ceramic coating engineered for wheel rims, balancing flexibility with resistance to brake heat and brake dust. It bonds to clear-coated and uncoated rims, can be applied by hand or sprayed via HVLP or airbrush, and once cured leaves a hydrophobic layer that helps brake dust and dirt rinse off more easily. Cures at room temperature in about 24 hours, with a quoted protection window of roughly 50,000 km or 50 washes (around 2 years).

Usage
- Work between 5 and 30°C with 30 to 70% humidity, in shade away from direct sunlight.
- Make sure the rims are dry and free of contamination, using Nanolex PreWash Concentrate followed by Nanolex EX just before application.
- Manual application: place 8 to 10 drops of Si3D Rim onto a microfiber applicator and spread evenly over the rim in crisscross motions without excessive pressure.
- Manual buffing: after about 2 to 3 minutes, wipe off the residue with a soft microfiber cloth using light motions.
- Spray application: with HVLP set pressure around 2 to 3 bar and use a 0.5 mm nozzle, spraying Si3D Rim evenly across the rim with no wiping afterwards.
- Cure at room temperature for at least 24 hours in a well-ventilated area, avoiding water contact during cure and not washing the rims for the first 7 days.

사용법
- 온도 5~30°C, 습도 30~70% 환경의 직사광선이 없는 그늘에서 작업합니다.
- 휠을 완전히 건조시키고 오염을 제거하며, Nanolex PreWash Concentrate로 세정한 뒤 도포 직전 Nanolex EX로 마무리 탈지합니다.
- 수작업 도포: Si3D Rim 8~10방울을 마이크로파이버 어플리케이터에 떨어뜨려 크로스 패턴으로 휠 표면에 과한 힘 없이 고르게 펴 바릅니다.
- 수작업 마무리: 약 2~3분 후 부드러운 마이크로파이버 타월로 가볍게 잔여물을 닦아냅니다.
- 스프레이 도포: HVLP의 경우 압력 약 2~3 bar, 노즐 0.5mm로 설정해 Si3D Rim을 휠 표면에 균일하게 분사하며 분사 후 닦아내지 않습니다.
- 환기가 잘되는 환경에서 상온으로 최소 24시간 경화하고, 경화 중에는 물 접촉을 피하며 도포 후 7일간은 휠을 세차하지 않습니다.
