Two-step kit for sealing glass, mirrors and ceramic surfaces. The reactive sealant lays down a hydrophobic nano film resistant to chemicals and abrasion, and the resulting lotus effect rolls rain off the windscreen at highway speed (around 80 km/h and above), reducing wiper use. Set includes 250 ml of polishing milk plus 250 ml of nano sealant; durability is rated up to one year or 20,000 km.

Usage
- Wash the windscreen with Glas Star until residue-free, treating stubborn fallout with mild cleaning clay first.
- Apply polishing milk (component 1) machine via pad 999308 at low speed or by hand with pad 999291; rub thoroughly until a dry haze forms, then buff off with paper towels.
- For ceramic surfaces use an acidic limescale-removing cleaner instead of polishing milk, then rinse and dry the area completely.
- Wear gloves and apply nano sealant (component 2) at 10-30 degrees Celsius, ideally 15-25, indoors and out of direct sun, using around 25-30 ml per square metre.
- Spread the sealant with paper towels until a uniform liquid film appears, then after about two minutes polish off all residue with fresh paper towels.
- Allow the film to harden for 15-60 minutes depending on temperature and protect the surface from water and dirt during cure.

사용법
- 글라스 스타로 윈드실드를 잔여물이 남지 않도록 닦고, 강한 오염은 약한 클레이로 먼저 정리합니다.
- 폴리싱 밀크(컴포넌트 1)는 머신 작업 시 999308 패드를 저속으로, 손작업 시 999291 패드로 충분히 문지른 뒤 건조 막이 생기면 페이퍼 타월로 닦아 냅니다.
- 세라믹 표면에는 폴리싱 밀크 대신 석회 제거 산성 세정제를 사용하고, 물로 헹군 다음 완전히 건조시킵니다.
- 장갑을 끼고 10~30도(이상적으로 15~25도), 실내·직사광선이 닿지 않는 환경에서 나노 실란트를 1제곱미터당 약 25~30 ml 도포합니다.
- 페이퍼 타월로 균일한 액막이 만들어질 때까지 펴 바른 뒤, 약 2분이 지나면 깨끗한 타월로 잔여물을 깨끗이 닦아 냅니다.
- 온도에 따라 15~60분 동안 경화시키고, 경화가 끝날 때까지 표면을 물과 오염으로부터 보호합니다.
