A 60% Si ceramic coating engineered for adhesion across many substrates and heat resistance up to 800C, which makes it the choice for wheels, brake calipers and exhausts. Compared with the higher-concentration paint coatings it trades some gloss for far stronger bonding resins, so it stays put on surfaces that expand and contract with heat. Two coats bring the finish to a 9H hardness, and it also works on trim, PPF, wraps including matte, chrome, aluminium, powder coat and plastics.

Usage

1. Decontaminate the surface first with Iron Zero, clay, polishing and an Oil Zero wipe-down.
2. Apply the coating panel by panel and buff off after roughly 30 to 60 seconds.
3. Wait four to twelve hours between coats depending on temperature and humidity.
4. Apply a second coat, which makes a clear difference to the result.
5. Keep the surface away from water for four to seven days while it cures.
