PROFILINE SP 06-02
강한 연마 입자를 함유한 실리콘 무첨가 컷팅 페이스트로, 심하게 산화되거나 스크래치가 많은 도장면을 효과적으로 복원합니다. 새 배설물·벌레·수액으로 인한 에칭을 제거하고 먼지 이물질, 오버스프레이, 샌딩 자국까지 깨끗하게 처리합니다. 모든 도장 타입에 사용 가능하며 특히 싱글 레이어 도장면 복원에 강한 성능을 발휘합니다.
작용 방식
- 유성(석유계) 용제 — 타르·기름때를 녹이며, 도장면에 오래 두지 않는 것이 좋습니다.
- 컨디셔닝 오일 — 가죽·고무에 유분을 보충해 건조를 늦춥니다.

사용법
- 램스울 패드 또는 하드 폼 패드에 제품을 도포하고 작업을 시작하세요.
- 1단계: 약 5-10 kg 압력·약 800 rpm으로 약 30초 / 2단계: 약 1-2 kg 압력·약 1200 rpm으로 약 60초 작업 후 제품을 다시 도포하고 사이클을 반복하세요.
- 제시 시간은 평균 경도 도장면 약 1㎡ 기준 1회 폴리싱 사이클에 대한 가이드입니다.
- 잔여물은 부드러운 극세사 천, 젖은 스펀지 또는 물로 제거하세요.
- 마무리 단계에서는 파인 피니싱 폴리시와 글레이즈 또는 나노 폴리시로 광택을 더욱 높여 주세요.
- 작업 중 폴리싱 패드를 주기적으로 세척해 성능을 유지하세요.
- 하나의 패드에 서로 다른 폴리시를 혼용하지 마세요.
- 뜨거운 표면에는 사용하지 마세요.
- 미사용 제품은 동결되지 않는 곳에 보관하세요.
A high-abrasive, silicone-free cutting paste engineered for heavily oxidised or scratched paint surfaces. It clears bird dropping etching, insect residue, and tree-sap damage while removing dust inclusions, overspray, and sanding traces across all paint types. Particularly well-suited for restoring heavily weathered single-stage finishes, with a cut rating of about 6 and a gloss rating of about 2.

Usage
- Load the product onto a lambswool pad or a hard foam polishing pad before starting.
- Phase 1: apply about 5-10 kg pressure at roughly 800 rpm for about 30 seconds; phase 2: reduce to about 1-2 kg at about 1200 rpm for about 60 seconds, then reapply product and repeat.
- These timings are a guideline for polishing roughly one square metre of average-hardness paint in a single cycle.
- Remove residue with a soft microfibre cloth, a damp sponge, or a water rinse.
- For a refined finish, follow up with a fine finishing polish and a glaze or nano-polish step.
- Clean polishing pads regularly throughout the job to maintain performance.
- Never mix different polishes on the same pad.
- Avoid applying the product to surfaces that are hot.
- Protect unused product from frost during storage.
