PVD-XL is a special compound developed exclusively for the Mastermind next-generation polishing system, designed for initial correction of paint with severe crater defects and deep scratch damage. The abrasive particles are engineered to work efficiently in coordination with specific machines and pads, suppressing buffer marks to a fine and uniform level. Its water-soluble formula makes cleanup easy — splatter can be wiped off with a damp cloth.

Usage

1. Use with a long-wool pad on the Mastermind double-action polisher as part of the initial correction stage.
2. Apply an appropriate amount of PVD-XL to the pad and polish a focused 10 cm² area at a time under firm pressure.
3. Monitor paint film thickness with a paint gauge during polishing due to the high cutting power.
4. After polishing, re-polish from the long-wool stage as required before proceeding to finishing compounds.
