PVD-M04
PVD-M04는 BMW, 메르세데스, VW, 아우디, 재규어 등 유럽 차량에서 자주 발생하는 알루마이트 처리된 금속 몰딩의 부식 흔적을 복원하기 위한 전용 연마제입니다. 일반 바디 컴파운드로는 거의 연마되지 않는 금속 몰딩을 위해 특별 개발되었으며, 유분을 포함하지 않아 번들거림 없이 진정한 광택을 얻을 수 있습니다. 전용 연마 패드와 함께 손 연마로 사용합니다.

사용법
- 연마 전 금속 몰딩 표면의 모래와 흙을 물로 씻어냅니다.
- 주변 유리, 도장면, 차체에 마스킹 테이프를 붙여 보호합니다.
- 보호 장갑을 착용하고 용기를 잘 흔든 후 적당한 크기로 자른 연마 패드에 소량(콩알 크기 정도)을 취해 4~5cm 범위씩 세세하게 움직이며 골고루 연마합니다.
- 연마 중 표면이 건조해지거나 패드가 막히면 물 한 방울을 추가해 젖은 상태를 유지합니다.
- 상태를 확인하여 연마가 불완전하면 부식이 제거될 때까지 3~4단계를 반복합니다.
- 연마 후 충분한 물로 헹굽니다.
- 깨끗하고 건조한 천으로 닦은 후 완전히 건조시키고 필요 시 코팅을 적용합니다.
PVD-M04 is a metal trim polishing compound specially formulated to restore corroded anodized metal moldings commonly found on European vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, and Jaguar. Unlike general body compounds that perform poorly on metal moldings, PVD-M04 delivers exceptional polishing power without excess oil, producing genuine clarity and shine. It is intended for hand polishing with a specialized polishing pad.

Usage
- Rinse the metal trim with water to remove sand and mud before polishing.
- Apply masking tape to protect adjacent glass, painted surfaces, and bodywork.
- Wearing protective gloves, shake the container well, then apply a small amount (about a bean-sized drop) to a cut polishing pad and polish the trim evenly, working in small sections (4–5 cm) with short strokes.
- If the surface dries or the pad becomes clogged during polishing, add a single drop of water to maintain a wet polishing state.
- Check the condition; if polishing is incomplete, repeat steps 3 and 4 until the corrosion is removed.
- Rinse thoroughly with water after polishing.
- Wipe with a clean, dry cloth and allow to dry completely before applying any coating.
