PVD-M04 METAL COAT is a fluorine-based coating agent specially developed for metal trim surfaces. Applied after polishing with PVD-M04 or on new vehicles, it creates a fluorine film on the metal surface that prevents dirt adhesion and reduces routine maintenance. The wipe-on formula requires no buffing off, making application straightforward.

Usage

1. Ensure the metal surface is completely free of dust, oil, and moisture before application; allow to dry fully.
2. Fold a sheet of kitchen paper to an appropriate size, press it against the top of the bottle, and tip the bottle 2–3 times to saturate the paper with coating liquid.
3. Rub the coating into the metal trim surface; repeated application until a slick, smooth sensation is felt indicates complete coverage.
4. Avoid wetting or strongly rubbing the coated surface for 12–24 hours after application to allow the film to cure and stabilize.
