쥬얼링 폴리시는 폴리싱 마지막 단계를 위한 초미세 수성 마무리 폴리시로, 쇼카 전시에 어울리는 깊은 광택을 냅니다. 필러가 없는 포뮬러가 남은 헤이즈, 홀로그램, 마링을 정리하면서 특히 어두운 색과 메탈릭 마감에서 색 깊이와 반사율을 높입니다. 유분 함량이 낮아 쉽게 닦이고 실란트, 왁스, 코팅을 올리기 좋은 표면을 남깁니다.

사용법

  1. 표면이 이미 보정되어 보이는 결함이 없는지 확인하고, 깨끗한 마이크로파이버 타올과 IPA 용액으로 이전 폴리시 잔여물을 닦은 뒤 패널이 차갑고 건조한지 확인합니다.
  2. 최대 8mm 오빗의 듀얼 액션 폴리셔에 초소프트 또는 마무리용 폼 패드를 사용합니다.
  3. 잘 흔든 뒤 패드에 2~3방울을 떨어뜨리고, 튀지 않도록 기계를 끈 상태에서 패널에 펴 발라줍니다.
  4. 저속으로 시작해 제품을 분산시킨 뒤 속도를 약간 올려 광택 작업을 살리고, 약 40×40cm 구역을 최소한의 압력으로 교차 패스합니다.
  5. 2~4회 패스 후 깨끗하고 건조한 마이크로파이버 타올로 잔여물을 닦고 검사등으로 광택과 청결도를 확인합니다.
  6. 마감이 만족스러우면 IPA 용액으로 표면을 닦고 선택한 실란트, 왁스 또는 코팅을 도포합니다.

Jeweling Polish is an ultra-fine water-based finishing polish for the last stage of polishing, giving a deep-gloss result suited to show car presentation. Its filler-free formula clears leftover haze, holograms and marring while boosting color depth and reflectivity, especially on dark and metallic finishes. Its low oil content wipes off easily and leaves the surface ready for sealant, wax or coating.

Usage

  1. Confirm the surface is already corrected and free of visible defects, then remove residue from the previous polish with a clean microfiber towel and IPA solution, and check the panel is cool and dry.
  2. Use an ultra-soft or finishing foam pad on a dual action polisher with a maximum 8 mm orbit.
  3. Shake well, apply 2 to 3 drops to the pad, and spread over the panel with the machine off to avoid splatter.
  4. Start at low speed to distribute the product, then raise the speed slightly to engage polishing, working cross-hatch passes over roughly 40 by 40 cm with minimal pressure.
  5. After 2 to 4 passes, wipe residue with a clean dry microfiber towel and check gloss and cleanliness under an inspection light.
  6. Once the finish is right, clean the surface with an IPA solution and apply the chosen sealant, wax or coating.
