PHOBIC - Spray Coating
PHOBIC 스프레이 코팅은 세라믹 코팅의 성능을 손쉬운 스프레이 형태로 풀어낸 제품입니다. Armour 쿼츠 라인과 공유하는 고농도 화학과 차세대 실라잔 수지를 사용해 도장·트림·플라스틱·유리에 매끄럽고 발수성 있는 보호막을 형성합니다. 약 2년의 내구성을 제공하며 단독 사용 또는 기존 코팅 위 토퍼로 사용할 수 있습니다.

사용법
- Armour 디콘 솝과 아이언 리무버로 차량을 디컨한 뒤 클레이바 또는 합성 클레이 미트로 잔존 고착 오염을 제거합니다.
- 스월이나 스크래치가 있으면 폴리싱으로 결함을 줄이고 광택을 끌어올립니다.
- Armour 패널 프렙으로 표면을 닦고, 폴리싱을 하지 않았다면 두 번 반복합니다.
- 어플리케이터나 숏냅 타월에 처음에는 10-15회 분사해 프라이밍하고 이후 패널에는 3-5회 분사로 충분합니다.
- 한 패널씩 겹치는 원형 모션으로 도포한 뒤 약 30-60초 셋업해 작은 땀방울이나 옅은 헤이즈가 올라올 때까지 기다립니다.
- 플러시 타월로 같은 원형 모션을 그리며 레벨링하고 흐리거나 어두운 하이스팟·스트릭이 없는지 확인하며 패널마다 반복합니다.
- 두 패널마다 레벨링 타월의 새 면을 사용하고, 어플리케이션 타월·패드는 차량 전체에 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 레이어링 시 각 레이어 사이에 수 분 간격을 둡니다. PHOBIC은 단일 레이어 코팅이지만 다층 도포도 가능합니다.
- 작업이 끝나면 스프레이 펌프를 분리해 물 또는 알코올로 헹구고 캡을 단단히 닫아 서늘하고 건조한 곳에 보관합니다.
- 최소 4시간 초기 경화 후 AMPLIFY나 세라믹 스프레이 실런트를 추가로 올릴 수 있으며, 24시간 동안은 세차나 케미컬 노출을 피합니다.
PHOBIC Spray Coating delivers ceramic-coating performance in an easy spray format. It uses high-solids chemistry and next-generation silazane resins shared with the Armour Quartz line to form a slick, hydrophobic barrier on paint, trim, plastics, and glass. Durability runs up to about 2 years and PHOBIC can be used on its own or as a topper on existing coatings.

Usage
- Decontaminate the vehicle with Armour Decon Soap and Iron Remover, then use a clay bar or synthetic clay mitt for any embedded contamination.
- If swirls or scratches are present, polish the paint to reduce defects and bring up gloss.
- Wipe the surface with Armour Panel Prep, repeating twice when polishing was skipped.
- Prime the applicator or short-nap towel with 10-15 sprays to start; later panels only need 3-5 sprays.
- Apply one panel at a time using overlapping circles and let the product set up about 30-60 seconds until small sweat beads or a light haze form.
- Level with a plush towel in similar circular motions, checking for streaks or cloudy/dark high spots and repeating per panel.
- Move to a fresh side of the leveling towel every other panel; the application towel can run across the whole vehicle.
- If layering, leave a few minutes between coats; PHOBIC is built as a single layer but can be layered when desired.
- After use, remove the spray pump and rinse it with water or alcohol, then secure the cap and store the bottle in a cool, dry place.
- Allow at least 4 hours of initial cure; AMPLIFY or Ceramic Spray Sealant can be added afterward, and avoid washes or chemicals for 24 hours.
