Clay Block
클레이 블록
A synthetic clay block that removes bonded surface contaminants from paintwork that remain even after a full chemical decontamination. Used with a lubricant such as Yum Detailer or Yum Wash, it glides across the clear coat to mechanically decontaminate it in preparation for polishing or applying protection.

Usage
- Wash and chemically decontaminate the vehicle thoroughly before starting.
- Prepare a bucket with warm water and Yum Wash for rinsing the clay block.
- Spray a small section liberally with Yum Detailer or wet it with Yum Wash solution as lubrication.
- Glide the clay block over the lubricated area using up-down and side-to-side strokes.
- Check the clay surface regularly for trapped contamination and rinse it in the Yum Wash bucket.
- Continue until the block glides effortlessly across the section, then move on to the remaining areas.
- Wash the vehicle again, dry it, then follow up with machine polishing or a paint protection step.
- Rinse the clay block with warm water after each session and allow it to air dry.

사용법
- 작업 전에 차량을 완전히 세척하고 화학적 디컨터미네이션을 완료합니다.
- 클레이 블록 헹굼용으로 미온수와 Yum Wash를 넣은 버킷을 준비합니다.
- 좁은 구역에 Yum Detailer를 충분히 분사하거나 Yum Wash 희석액으로 윤활제를 확보합니다.
- 클레이 블록을 윤활된 표면 위에서 상하, 좌우 방향으로 가볍게 문질러 줍니다.
- 클레이 표면에 묻은 오염물을 수시로 확인하고 Yum Wash 버킷에 헹궈 냅니다.
- 블록이 자연스럽게 미끄러지면 해당 구역이 완료된 것이므로 나머지 부위에 동일 작업을 반복합니다.
- 차량을 다시 세척하고 건조한 뒤 머신 폴리싱 또는 보호 코팅을 진행합니다.
- 매 사용 후 클레이 블록을 미온수로 헹구고 자연 건조시킵니다.
