The base layer of the Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM, also usable on its own as a single-component coating. It builds the foundation of paint protection on painted, plastic and metal parts, reducing the risk of marring, oxidation and corrosion. Its flexible carrier lets the film move with body vibration and temperature change, and the brand states up to 3 years on its own or up to 5 years combined with the Pro Top layer.

Key features

Usage

  1. Apply indoors at an air temperature of at least 20°C.
  2. Correct any paint defects first, for example with SWAG ONE STEP POLISH, and make sure the surface is dry, cool and grease-free.
  3. Shake the bottle and dose a few drops onto a suede-wrapped foam applicator.
  4. Spread the coating over an area of up to 50x50 cm using crosswise vertical and horizontal passes.
  5. Wait at least 4 minutes, then level the layer gently with a microfiber cloth.
  6. Move panel by panel until the whole body is covered.
  7. Wait at least 3 hours before the next coat; an IR lamp at 50-60°C for 10 minutes shortens curing.
  8. Build 2 to 3 layers in total.

사용법

  1. 기온 20°C 이상의 실내에서 시공합니다.
  2. SWAG ONE STEP POLISH 등으로 도장 결함을 먼저 정리하고 표면을 건조하고 서늘하며 유분 없는 상태로 만듭니다.
  3. 용기를 흔든 뒤 스웨이드를 감은 폼 어플리케이터에 몇 방울 떨어뜨립니다.
  4. 50x50cm 이내 면적에 세로와 가로 교차 방향으로 펴 바릅니다.
  5. 4분 이상 기다린 뒤 마이크로파이버로 부드럽게 닦아 도포막을 고르게 합니다.
  6. 차체 전체가 덮일 때까지 패널 단위로 진행합니다.
  7. 다음 층은 3시간 이상 경과 후 올리며, IR 램프로 50~60°C에서 10분 가열하면 경화가 빨라집니다.
  8. 총 2~3층을 시공합니다.
