Beadlock Marine is a concentrated SiO2 ceramic coating for watercraft, forming a hard sacrificial layer against UV, humidity, and harsh marine conditions. At 2.5x the concentration of standard Beadlock Pro, it allows single-coat coverage on gel coat, bumper rails, painted metal, and clear plastic. Once cured it reaches over 9H hardness, a 110 degree water contact angle, and up to two years of aquatic durability.

Usage

  1. Wipe the surface with a paint cleanser to remove oils or residue from prior polishing.
  2. If needed, polish to reduce defects and boost gloss, then wipe again with paint cleanser.
  3. Shake the bottle well, apply to an applicator pad, and spread evenly over the surface.
  4. Wait at least 60 seconds for the coating to begin setting; an oil-slick rainbow appears as it dries.
  5. Test-wipe with a clean microfiber towel; slight resistance means it is ready to remove.
  6. Remove with a clean microfiber towel, then lightly level with a second towel; do not re-wipe once it sets.
  7. Let the coating cure for 48 hours and avoid water contact during this time if possible.

사용법

  1. 도장 클렌저로 표면을 닦아 폴리싱 후 남은 유분이나 잔여물을 제거합니다.
  2. 필요하면 폴리싱으로 결함을 줄이고 광택을 높인 뒤 도장 클렌저로 다시 닦습니다.
  3. 용기를 잘 흔들어 어플리케이터 패드에 묻힌 뒤 표면에 고르게 펴 바릅니다.
  4. 코팅이 자리잡을 때까지 최소 60초 기다립니다. 건조되며 오일 슬릭 무지개빛이 나타납니다.
  5. 깨끗한 마이크로파이버 타월로 테스트 와이프를 해 약간의 저항감이 느껴지면 제거 시점입니다.
  6. 깨끗한 마이크로파이버 타월로 닦아낸 뒤 두 번째 타월로 가볍게 정리합니다. 자리잡은 뒤에는 다시 닦지 마세요.
  7. 코팅을 48시간 경화시키고 가능하면 이 기간 중 물 접촉을 피합니다.
