03 Fine Cut is a water-based fine finishing polish that clears light swirl marks, micro-scratches and leftover holograms from earlier compounding stages, along with P3000 to P4000 sanding marks. Free of silicones and fillers, it buffs cleanly with no dust and wipes off easily while bringing back color depth and natural gloss. Its transparent result suits pre-coating inspection.

Usage

  1. Wash and fully decontaminate the surface, using a clay bar if needed, then dry the panel completely.
  2. Use a soft or medium foam pad on a dual action polisher for more control and depth.
  3. Shake well, apply 3 to 4 drops to the pad, and spread PAICAR 03 over the panel with the machine off.
  4. Start at the lowest speed, then raise up to 4500 rpm, working cross-hatch passes over roughly 40 by 60 cm with light, steady pressure and the pad flat.
  5. After 3 to 4 passes (about 2 minutes), wipe residue with a clean microfiber towel and check holograms and micro-scratches under an inspection light.
  6. Once the finish is right, apply a sealant, wax or coating to protect and enhance it.

사용법

  1. 표면을 세차하고 필요하면 클레이 바로 완전히 오염을 제거한 뒤 패널을 완전히 건조시킵니다.
  2. 제어력과 깊이를 위해 듀얼 액션 폴리셔에 부드럽거나 중간 경도의 폼 패드를 사용합니다.
  3. 잘 흔든 뒤 패드에 3~4방울을 떨어뜨리고 기계를 끈 상태에서 PAICAR 03을 패널에 펴 발라줍니다.
  4. 최저 속도로 시작해 4500rpm까지 올리고, 약 40×60cm 구역을 패드를 평평히 한 채 가볍고 일정한 압력으로 교차 패스합니다.
  5. 3~4회 패스(약 2분) 후 깨끗한 마이크로파이버 타올로 잔여물을 닦고 검사등으로 홀로그램과 미세 스크래치를 확인합니다.
  6. 마감이 만족스러우면 실란트, 왁스 또는 코팅을 도포해 보호하고 마무리합니다.
