03 Fine Cut is a water-based fine finishing polish formulated to effectively remove light swirl marks, micro-scratches and residual holograms from previous compound stages, as well as sanding marks from P3000 to P4000 grit. Its silicone- and filler-free formula provides a clean, smooth polishing experience with no dust generation and easy residue removal, while restoring color depth and natural gloss. The transparent result makes it ideal for pre-coating inspections.

Usage
- Ensure the surface is clean and fully decontaminated (wash thoroughly, use clay bar if necessary), then dry the panel completely before starting.
- Select a soft or medium foam pad and use a dual action polisher for greater control and depth of finish.
- Shake the bottle well, apply 3–4 drops onto the pad, then spread PAICAR 03 over the panel with the machine off, lightly dabbing it on.
- Begin at the lowest speed to distribute the product, then gradually increase up to 4500 rpm; work cross-hatch passes in approximately 40×60 cm areas, applying light and consistent pressure with the pad flat on the surface.
- After 3–4 passes (approximately 2 minutes), stop and remove residue with a clean soft microfiber towel; inspect with an inspection light to confirm removal of holograms and micro-scratches.
- Once the desired finish is achieved, apply a sealant, wax or coating to protect and enhance the result.

사용법
- 표면이 깨끗하고 완전히 오염이 제거되었는지 확인(충분한 세차, 필요 시 클레이 바 사용)하고 작업 전 패널을 완전히 건조시킵니다.
- 뛰어난 제어력과 깊이 있는 마감을 위해 부드럽거나 중간 경도의 폼 패드와 듀얼 액션 연마기를 선택합니다.
- 병을 충분히 흔들고 패드에 3~4방울을 도포한 후, 기계를 끈 상태에서 PAICAR 03을 패널에 가볍게 두드리며 고르게 펴줍니다.
- 최저 속도로 시작하여 제품을 분산시킨 후 4500rpm까지 서서히 속도를 높이고, 약 40×60cm 구역에서 패드를 표면에 평평하게 유지하며 가볍고 일정한 압력으로 교차 방향 패스를 진행합니다.
- 3~4회 패스(약 2분) 후 작업을 멈추고 깨끗하고 부드러운 마이크로파이버 타올로 잔여물을 제거한 다음, 검사등으로 홀로그램과 미세 스크래치 제거 여부를 확인합니다.
- 원하는 마감이 완성되면 결과물을 보호하고 향상시키기 위해 실란트, 왁스 또는 코팅을 도포합니다.
