Usage
- Cleaning: ensure the paint surface to be sealed is dry and free of dirt and dust. Use a silicone/oil/wax-free paint cleaner or abrasive polish for older paintwork; as a final step before applying the sealant, clean the paintwork with Nanolex EX.
- Processing: apply at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C, humidity <80%, strictly avoid direct sunlight. Apply 5–10 drops of Nanolex Si3D Matte onto a fine-mesh applicator pad and spread the material over the surface until no or very little residue is visible. Always work in small sections.
- Removal: any excess must be removed within 5–10 minutes with a Nanolex microfiber cloth. If the 10-minute window is exceeded, the sealant will harden and can only be removed mechanically with abrasive polish. Additional layers must be applied within 5–10 minutes of the previous layer.
- Drying: curing phase is 12 hours at 20°C; do not wash the vehicle for 72 hours after sealing. Full curing is completed after 7 days. Thermal curing: 3–4 hours at 50°C or 2 hours at 80°C.

사용법
- 세척: 실링할 도장면이 건조하고 먼지와 오염이 없는 상태인지 확인합니다. 오래된 도장면에는 실리콘/오일/왁스가 없는 페인트 클리너 또는 연마 폴리시를 사용하고, 실란트 도포 직전에는 Nanolex EX로 도장면을 세척합니다.
- 도포: +5°C ~ +25°C, 습도 80% 미만의 조건에서 직사광선을 피해 작업합니다. 가는 메쉬 어플리케이터 패드에 Si3D Matte 5~10 방울을 떨어뜨려 잔여물이 거의 보이지 않을 때까지 표면에 펴 발라줍니다. 항상 작은 구역씩 작업합니다.
- 잔여물 제거: 5~10분 이내에 Nanolex 마이크로화이버 타월로 잔여물을 닦아냅니다. 10분이 지나면 실란트가 경화되어 연마 폴리시로만 제거할 수 있습니다. 추가 도포 시 이전 층 도포 후 5~10분 이내에 다음 층을 도포해야 합니다.
- 건조: 20°C에서 12시간 경화하며, 실링 후 72시간 동안 세차하지 않습니다. 완전 경화는 7일 후입니다. 열경화 시 50°C에서 3~4시간 또는 80°C에서 2시간 경화 가능합니다.
