Nanolex Si3D Headlight & Trim provides long-lasting, efficient protection for headlights and polycarbonate surfaces against environmental influences and UV damage. The coating forms a permanent protective layer of UV-stable ceramic components and special additives in the characteristic Si3D structure, resulting in outstandingly protected, easy-to-clean headlights. Developed, tested, and produced in Germany.

Usage
- Preparation – cleaning: thoroughly clean the headlights and trim parts to remove dirt, dust, and impurities. Use a suitable cleaner such as Nanolex EX. Ensure the surface is completely dry.
- Preparation – polish: if necessary, polish the surface to remove scratches and create a smooth base for the coating.
- Application: apply a few drops of Nanolex Si3D Headlight & Trim to a lint-free application cloth. Spread the coating evenly over the surface in circular motions, working in small sections.
- Allow to work: leave the coating to react for about 10–15 minutes until it begins to dry.
- Polishing: polish the treated surface with a clean, soft microfiber cloth to remove excess product and achieve a glossy finish.
- Curing: allow the coated surface to dry for at least 4 hours before exposing it to moisture or other external influences. Full curing occurs after 24 hours. Use mild cleaners for care.

사용법
- 준비 – 세척: 헤드라이트와 트림 부품을 철저히 세척하여 먼지, 오염, 불순물을 제거합니다. Nanolex EX와 같은 적합한 클리너를 사용합니다. 표면이 완전히 건조되었는지 확인합니다.
- 준비 – 폴리싱: 필요한 경우 표면을 폴리싱하여 스크래치를 제거하고 코팅이 잘 안착되도록 매끄러운 기초를 만듭니다.
- 도포: 보풀 없는 도포용 천에 Si3D Headlight & Trim 몇 방울을 떨어뜨려 작은 구역씩 원을 그리며 표면 전체에 균일하게 펴 바릅니다.
- 반응 시간: 코팅이 건조되기 시작할 때까지 약 10~15분 동안 반응시킵니다.
- 마무리: 깨끗한 부드러운 마이크로화이버 타월로 처리된 표면을 닦아 잔여 제품을 제거하고 광택을 마무리합니다.
- 경화: 수분이나 외부 영향에 노출되기 전 최소 4시간 동안 건조시킵니다. 24시간 후 완전 경화됩니다. 관리 시 부드러운 세제를 사용합니다.
