Cap'n Cut is a cutting compound engineered for marine applications, formulated to remove deep scratches, swirl marks, and heavy contamination from fiberglass and gel coat surfaces. It prepares the surface to a deep gloss finish, making it ready for a final polish step.

Usage

  1. Shake well, then apply 3–4 drops to the desired pad and spread onto the surface at a slow machine speed.
  2. Increase the machine to the desired speed — generally 4–6 on a DA polisher or 3–4 on a rotary.
  3. Working in a 2–3 ft section, polish with medium pressure for 4–5 passes, then gradually lighten pressure to finish.
  4. Remove residue with a soft microfiber towel. Test on a small area first before treating the entire surface.

사용법

  1. 충분히 흔든 후 패드에 3~4방울 도포하고 저속으로 표면에 펴 바르세요.
  2. DA 폴리셔 기준 4~6단계, 로터리 폴리셔 기준 3~4단계로 속도를 높이세요.
  3. 60~90cm 구역을 중간 압력으로 4~5회 작업한 후 압력을 서서히 줄이며 마무리하세요.
  4. 부드러운 마이크로파이버 타월로 잔여물을 제거하고, 전체 작업 전 소면적 테스트를 권장합니다.
