Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 1000 is a high-powered cutting compound formulated to rapidly remove sanding marks, buffer trails, deep random scratches, overspray, and severe swirl marks from automotive paint. Lubricating oils extend working time and minimise dust, while diminishing abrasives deliver a consistent cutting effect. Designed for use with a hard compounding pad on a rotary machine polisher.

Dilution

Usage
- Ensure the area to be corrected is clean, dry, and cool to the touch.
- Apply 1-2 pea-sized drops of compound to a hard compounding pad.
- Place the pad against the paintwork and use a lower polisher speed to spread the product.
- Increase speed to setting 3-4 and work the product until only a thin film remains.
- Wipe away any residue using a clean, soft microfibre cloth.

사용법
- 작업할 도막이 깨끗하고 건조하며 손이 닿을 정도로 시원한지 확인합니다.
- 하드 컴파운딩 패드에 완두콩 크기의 컴파운드를 1~2방울 도포합니다.
- 패드를 도막에 대고 폴리셔를 낮은 속도로 작동시켜 제품을 펴 바릅니다.
- 속도를 3~4단으로 높이고 얇은 막만 남을 때까지 작업합니다.
- 부드러운 마이크로파이버 타월로 잔여물을 닦아냅니다.
