The Bucket Lid is a screw-on airtight cover with a double rubber gasket that seals detailing buckets for spill-free transport and safe storage of prepared chemical solutions. It consists of a permanent collar that locks onto the bucket body and a removable screw cap, both made from heavy-duty HDPE.

버킷 리드는 이중 고무 가스켓이 적용된 나사식 밀폐 커버로, 디테일링 버킷을 밀봉하여 준비된 케미컬 용액을 흘리지 않고 안전하게 운반 및 보관할 수 있게 해줍니다. 버킷 본체에 영구 고정되는 칼라와 분리 가능한 나사식 뚜껑으로 구성되며, 모두 두꺼운 HDPE 소재로 제작되었습니다.

Usage

  1. Ensure the gaskets on the collar and lid are clean and properly seated, then press the lid firmly and evenly onto the bucket until it locks.
  2. Before first use, fill the bucket with a small amount of water, screw on the lid, and tilt in different directions to verify there are no leaks.
  3. To open, unscrew and remove only the lid — the collar stays permanently attached to the bucket body.
  4. After each use with chemical solutions, rinse the lid and gaskets thoroughly under running water.
  5. Avoid strong solvents when cleaning and do not expose the lid to prolonged direct UV light.

사용법

  1. 칼라와 뚜껑의 가스켓이 청결하고 올바르게 장착되어 있는지 확인한 후, 뚜껑을 버킷에 단단하고 균일하게 눌러 고정하세요.
  2. 첫 사용 전 버킷에 소량의 물을 채우고 뚜껑을 잠근 후 여러 방향으로 기울여 누수 여부를 확인하세요.
  3. 열 때는 뚜껑만 나사를 돌려 분리하세요 — 칼라는 버킷 본체에 영구 고정되어 있습니다.
  4. 케미컬 용액과 함께 사용한 후에는 뚜껑과 가스켓을 흐르는 물에 충분히 헹궈내세요.
  5. 세척 시 강한 용제는 피하고, 장시간 직사광선에 노출되지 않도록 하세요.
