Phat-Neut is Bilt-Hamber's pH-neutral, very-low-surface-tension cleaner that wets, lifts and encapsulates real exterior traffic film, brake dust, tyre residue, insects and road grime without caustic or solvent chemistry — safe over coatings and waxes. It works in two modes: Lift-Mode, the normal wet method that lifts and isolates contamination for safe rinsing or bucket washing; and an optional Dry-On Mode, a controlled severe-dirt function where the product is allowed to visibly dry into a heavy, continuous dirt film so it keeps working deeper into the contamination before rinsing. It also doubles as a rinseless wash, waterless cleaner, foam/pump pre-wash, wheel cleaner and clay lubricant across a wide dilution range.

Usage

  1. Shake the bottle ~10s; after diluting, agitate the mix vigorously ~20s so the highly concentrated product fully disperses.
  2. Choose the mode — use Lift-Mode for light-to-medium dirt or any surface that must stay wet; reserve Dry-On Mode only for exterior panels carrying a heavy, continuous, absorbent dirt film.
  3. Dilution guide — rinseless bucket ~0.4% (1:250), or 0.5% (1:200) for extra lubrication; foam/pump pre-wash ~2% (1:50); wheels ~10% (1:10); insect/bird removal ~4% (1:25); clay lubricant 1-2%; Dry-On heavy film 2-4% (1:50-1:25).
  4. Lift-Mode — apply wet to soften, lift and encapsulate grime panel by panel, then rinse or move to the bucket stage while the surface stays wet; do not let it dry.
  5. Dry-On suitability test (Dry-On only) — mix 2-4% and place a small drop on the target dirt film; if it spreads and absorbs into the film, Dry-On is suitable; if it does not spread, or the surface is clean/lightly/patchily soiled, use Lift-Mode instead.
  6. Dry-On application — spray the 2-4% solution by pump or trigger onto heavy dry dirt film only, and let it visibly dry into the contamination (not onto bare finish); this drying stage is what increases cleaning power.
  7. Panel temperature — Dry-On only on warm panels up to 50°C; never where the panel feels hot or uncomfortable to touch; never let lower dilutions dry.
  8. Combined process (dirty lower panels + lighter uppers) — Dry-On the wheels and heavily soiled lower panels first, then apply Lift-Mode to the upper panels working downwards over the pre-treated areas.
  9. Rinse immediately once dry — pressure rinsing is preferred; if only low pressure is available, follow with the Phat-Neut bucket-stage wash to remove the released dirt safely.
  10. Do not use Dry-On on clean, lightly soiled, patchy or recently rinsed surfaces, interiors, leather/faux leather/screens/delicate trim, or soft furnishings.

사용법

  1. 병을 약 10초 흔들고, 희석 후에는 고농축 제품이 완전히 분산되도록 약 20초간 세게 교반합니다.
  2. 모드 선택 — 가벼운~중간 오염이나 젖은 상태를 유지해야 하는 표면은 리프트 모드, 두껍고 연속적인 흡수성 오염막이 있는 외장 패널에만 드라이-온 모드를 사용합니다.
  3. 희석 가이드 — 린스리스 버킷 약 0.4%(1:250), 윤활 강화 시 0.5%(1:200); 폼/펌프 프리워시 약 2%(1:50); 휠 약 10%(1:10); 벌레·새똥 제거 약 4%(1:25); 클레이 윤활 1~2%; 드라이-온 강오염막 2~4%(1:50~1:25).
  4. 리프트 모드 — 젖은 상태로 발라 오염을 풀고 들어올려 감싼 뒤, 표면이 젖어 있는 동안 헹구거나 버킷 단계로 넘깁니다. 마르도록 두지 않습니다.
  5. 드라이-온 적합성 테스트(드라이-온 전용) — 2~4%로 희석해 대상 오염막에 한 방울 떨어뜨립니다. 방울이 퍼지며 오염막에 스며들면 드라이-온에 적합하고, 퍼지지 않거나 표면이 깨끗·약오염·얼룩성이면 리프트 모드를 사용합니다.
  6. 드라이-온 적용 — 2~4% 용액을 펌프나 트리거로 두꺼운 마른 오염막에만 분사하고, 맨 도장면이 아니라 오염막 속으로 눈에 보이게 마르도록 둡니다. 이 건조 단계가 세정력을 높입니다.
  7. 패널 온도 — 드라이-온은 50°C 이하의 따뜻한 패널에서만; 패널이 뜨겁거나 만지기 불편할 정도면 사용 금지; 저농도 희석액은 절대 마르도록 두지 않습니다.
