The Bilt Hamber Injection Lance is a reusable 600mm cavity injection lance designed for use with Dynax-S50 and compatible with Dynax-UC and Ferrosol. Its precision tip delivers a finely atomised 360 degree mist that helps ensure complete coverage inside enclosed box sections; insert it into a cavity, start spraying and gradually withdraw.

빌트햄버 인젝션 랜스는 Dynax-S50 전용으로 설계된 재사용 가능한 600mm 캐비티 주입 랜스이며, Dynax-UC 및 페로솔과도 호환됩니다. 정밀 팁이 미세하게 분무된 360도 원형 미스트를 만들어 내부 박스 섹션까지 골고루 도포되도록 도와주며, 캐비티에 삽입한 뒤 분사를 시작해 천천히 빼내며 사용합니다.

Usage

  1. Attach the injection lance to a compressed-air Schutz or underbody gun used with Dynax S50, UB or UC.
  2. Fill the gun reservoir with the chosen Dynax wax, pre-warming if needed for easier flow.
  3. Insert the lance fully into the cavity through access or drain holes in sills, chassis rails or doors.
  4. With air pressure on, slowly withdraw the lance while triggering to lay an even 360 degree fan along the cavity.
  5. Wipe the lance clean with white spirit after use and store dry to avoid clogging.

사용법

  1. Dynax S50, UB, UC에 사용되는 에어 슈츠/언더바디 건에 주입 랜스를 결합합니다.
  2. 선택한 Dynax 왁스를 건 저장소에 채우고 필요 시 살짝 데워 흐름성을 좋게 합니다.
  3. 실, 섀시 레일, 도어 등의 액세스 또는 배수 홀을 통해 캐비티에 랜스를 깊숙이 끝까지 삽입합니다.
  4. 에어 압력을 가한 상태에서 트리거를 당기며 랜스를 천천히 빼내 캐비티 전체에 360도 균일한 부채꼴을 형성합니다.
  5. 사용 후 화이트 스피릿으로 랜스를 닦아내고 막힘을 방지하도록 보관합니다.
