An extra-length 900mm cavity injection lance designed to extend the reach of Bilt Hamber Dynax-S50 aerosols beyond the 600mm lance supplied as standard. It helps direct cavity wax into long, awkward or hard-to-reach box sections during anti-corrosion treatment.

Usage

  1. Fit the 900mm lance to a compatible Schutz or underbody gun used with Dynax S50, UB or UC cavity waxes.
  2. Fill the gun with the chosen Dynax wax, pre-warming slightly if needed for free flow.
  3. Feed the full lance length into long cavities such as chassis rails, sills or longitudinal box sections through access holes.
  4. Apply air pressure and slowly withdraw the lance while triggering to lay a 360 degree atomised film along the cavity.
  5. Clean the lance with white spirit immediately after use to keep wax from hardening in the nozzle.

사용법

  1. Dynax S50, UB, UC 캐비티 왁스용으로 사용 가능한 슈츠/언더바디 건에 900mm 랜스를 장착합니다.
  2. 선택한 Dynax 왁스를 건에 채우고 필요 시 살짝 데워 흐름성을 확보합니다.
  3. 섀시 레일, 사이드 실, 장방향 박스 섹션 등 긴 캐비티에 액세스 홀을 통해 랜스를 끝까지 삽입합니다.
  4. 에어 압력을 가한 상태로 트리거를 당기며 랜스를 천천히 빼내 캐비티 전체에 360도 분무 막을 형성합니다.
  5. 노즐 막힘과 왁스 경화를 막기 위해 사용 직후 화이트 스피릿으로 랜스를 세척합니다.
