Deox-C is a crystalline, fully active concentrated rust remover for steel, stainless steel and most ferrous metals. It is non-toxic, biodegradable and dissolved in water to form a rust-removing bath, with about 1kg making up to about 20 litres of working solution.

Usage
- Dissolve Deox-C powder in hot tap water at about 5-10% (about 1:19 for regular rust, up to about 1:9 for heavy corrosion).
- Degrease the rusted component with mineral spirits and wire-brush off loose scale before immersion.
- Fully submerge the part in the solution; an immersion heater up to about 70C can speed the action.
- Soak from about 20 minutes up to about 12 hours depending on the corrosion, agitating or brushing off softened rust as needed.
- Remove the part, rinse with clean water, dry thoroughly and protect immediately with Atom-Mac or paint, since bare steel will flash-rust.

사용법
- 뜨거운 수돗물에 디옥스-C 분말을 약 5~10%로 용해합니다(일반 녹 약 1:19, 심한 녹 최대 약 1:9).
- 침지 전 부품을 미네랄 스피릿 등으로 탈지하고 느슨한 녹·스케일은 와이어 브러시로 제거합니다.
- 부품이 완전히 잠기도록 용액에 담그며, 침지 히터로 최대 약 70°C까지 가열하면 반응이 빨라집니다.
- 오염 정도에 따라 약 20분에서 최대 약 12시간 담가 두고, 필요에 따라 교반하거나 부드러운 브러시로 녹을 털어 냅니다.
- 꺼낸 뒤 맑은 물로 헹구고 완전히 건조시킨 다음, 노출된 철은 빠르게 다시 녹슬 수 있으므로 즉시 아톰맥이나 도장으로 보호합니다.
