Armour Quartz Coating is a single-layer ceramic coating built on polysilazane chemistry, high-clarity ceramic resins, and an isoparaffinic solvent system. Usage
- Decontaminate the paint with Armour Decon Soap and Iron Remover, then lift embedded contamination with a clay bar or synthetic clay mitt.
- Polish the paint to reduce swirls or scratches and lift gloss when defects are present.
- Wipe with Armour Panel Prep to clear polishing oils and residue, repeating twice if you did not polish.
- Prime the applicator with three lines of coating to start; later panels need only a small top-up.
- Coat 1-2 panels at a time with an X pattern boxed in by overlapping circles, letting the product set up roughly 1-3 minutes (about 90 seconds) until uniform sweat beads or a light haze appear.
- Level 95 percent or more on the first wipe with a short-nap or pearl-weave towel, shortening set-up if removal feels hard.
- Switch to a plush towel and wipe in straight lines for final leveling, checking for streaks or high spots per panel.
- Flip the applicator to a clean side around the halfway point and use a fresh towel side on every panel.
- If layering, allow 1-2 hours between coats, and the same wait when topping with PHOBIC.
- Let the coating cure 4 hours before water exposure, then optionally top with AMPLIFY or Ceramic Spray Sealant; avoid washes or chemicals for 24 hours.

사용법
- Armour Decon Soap과 Iron Remover로 도장면을 제염한 뒤 클레이 바 또는 합성 클레이 미트로 박힌 오염물을 제거합니다.
- 스월이나 스크래치가 있다면 폴리싱으로 결함을 줄이고 광택을 끌어올립니다.
- Armour Panel Prep으로 폴리싱 오일과 잔여물을 닦아내고, 폴리싱을 하지 않았다면 두 번 반복합니다.
- 어플리케이터를 3줄 도포로 프라이밍하고 이후 패널은 소량만 추가합니다.
- 한 번에 1-2 패널씩 X 패턴으로 도포 후 가장자리부터 박스 형태로 펴 바르고, 약 1-3분(보통 90초) 셋업해 작은 땀방울이나 옅은 헤이즈가 고르게 올라올 때까지 기다립니다.
- 숏냅 또는 펄 위브 타월로 1차 와이핑에서 95% 이상 레벨링하며 제거가 어려우면 셋업 시간을 줄입니다.
- 플러시 타월로 바꿔 직선으로 최종 레벨링하고 패널마다 스트릭과 하이스팟을 확인합니다.
- 중간 지점에서 어플리케이터를 깨끗한 면으로 뒤집고 리무벌 타월도 패널마다 새 면을 사용합니다.
- 레이어링 시 코트 사이 1-2시간을 두며, 위에 PHOBIC을 올릴 때도 1-2시간 대기합니다.
- 4시간 초기 경화 후 AMPLIFY나 세라믹 스프레이 실런트를 추가로 올릴 수 있으며, 24시간 동안 세차와 케미컬 노출은 피합니다.
