Armour PRO Quartz Coating is a high-solids ceramic coating built around the LayerSync Bonding system, a dual-phase reactive chemistry that bonds twice during install for a harder, denser layer. The single-layer application delivers strong durability, gloss, and chemical resistance, and the hydrophobic surface helps resist bug splatter, bird droppings, sap, chemical etching, stains, and UV damage.

Usage
- Decontaminate the paint with Armour Decon Soap and Iron Remover, then use a clay bar or synthetic clay mitt to lift embedded contamination.
- If swirls or scratches are visible, polish the paint to reduce defects and bring up gloss.
- Wipe with Armour Panel Prep to clear polishing oils and residue, repeating twice when polishing was skipped.
- Prime the applicator with three lines of coating to start; add only a small amount on each subsequent panel.
- Work one section at a time using an X pattern boxed in by overlapping circles, then let the coating set up about 30 seconds until small sweat beads or a light haze appear.
- Level 90 percent or more on the first wipe with a short-nap or pearl-weave towel, shortening set-up time if removal feels hard.
- Switch to a plush towel and wipe in straight lines for final leveling, checking for streaks or high spots and repeating per panel.
- Halfway through the vehicle or once the applicator starts curing, flip it to a clean side and use a fresh towel side every panel.
- If layering PHOBIC over PRO Coating, allow 1-2 hours between layers.
- Let the coating cure at least 4 hours before driving or wetting the vehicle, and avoid washes or chemicals for 24 hours.

사용법
- Armour Decon Soap과 Iron Remover로 도장면을 제염한 뒤 클레이 바 또는 합성 클레이 미트로 박힌 오염물을 제거합니다.
- 스월이나 스크래치가 보이면 폴리싱으로 결함을 줄이고 광택을 끌어올립니다.
- Armour Panel Prep으로 폴리싱 오일과 잔여물을 닦아내며, 폴리싱을 생략했다면 두 번 반복합니다.
- 어플리케이터에 처음에는 코팅을 3줄 정도 도포해 프라이밍하고, 이후 패널에는 소량만 추가합니다.
- 한 섹션씩 X 패턴으로 도포한 뒤 가장자리부터 박스 형태로 마무리하고 작은 원을 겹쳐 펴 발라 약 30초간 셋업해 작은 땀방울이나 옅은 헤이즈가 올라올 때까지 기다립니다.
- 숏냅 또는 펄 위브 타월로 1차 와이핑에서 90% 이상 레벨링하고, 제거가 어려우면 셋업 시간을 줄입니다.
- 플러시 타월로 바꿔 직선 방향으로 최종 레벨링하며 스트릭이나 하이스팟을 확인하고 패널마다 반복합니다.
- 차량 절반쯤 진행했거나 어플리케이터가 굳기 시작하면 깨끗한 면으로 뒤집고 리무벌 타월도 패널마다 새 면을 사용합니다.
- PRO 코팅 위에 PHOBIC을 올릴 경우 1-2시간 간격을 둡니다.
- 최소 4시간 초기 경화 후 주행이나 물 노출이 가능하며, 24시간 동안은 세차나 케미컬 노출을 피합니다.
