24Plus Ceramic Coating
SiO2 기반 세라믹 코팅으로 플래시 타임이 길어 패널당 작업 여유가 충분하고 하이 스팟이 남을 가능성을 낮춰 줍니다. pH 중성 샴푸로 관리하면 강한 발수성과 오염 저항성, 그리고 깊은 광택이 유지됩니다.
작용 방식
- 폴리실라잔 — 경화되며 단단한 무기 피막을 형성합니다.
- 알콕시실란 — 수분과 반응해 표면에 화학적으로 결합합니다.
- 용제 기반 — 유기 용제가 주로 쓰인 제품입니다. 실내·플라스틱에는 환기와 시험 도포를 권합니다.

사용법
- 사용 전 병을 세 번 거꾸로 뒤집어 줍니다.
- 어플리케이터 블록에 새 스웨이드 패드를 감쌉니다.
- 스웨이드 위에 코팅제를 몇 방울 떨어뜨려 고르게 적십니다.
- 도장면을 40cm x 40cm 구획으로 나눠 얇고 균일하게 펴 바릅니다.
- 기온에 따라 1~3분 플래시 타임을 둔 뒤 깨끗한 마이크로파이버로 닦아내고 다음 구획으로 넘어갑니다.
- 전체 시공 후 실내에서 12시간 이상 경화시킨 뒤 주행이나 물 노출을 진행합니다.
- 직사광선과 뜨거운 표면을 피하고 장갑과 호흡기 보호구를 착용합니다.
- 스웨이드와 버핑 천은 재사용하지 않으며 개봉 후 서늘하고 건조한 곳에 보관해 30일 안에 사용합니다.
An SiO2-based ceramic coating with a longer flash time that gives detailers more working window per panel and lowers the chance of high spots. Maintained with pH-neutral washes, the cured layer leaves a glossy, slick surface with strong water beading and contamination resistance.

Usage
- Invert the bottle three times before opening.
- Wrap a clean suede applicator pad around the applicator block.
- Dispense a few drops of coating evenly onto the suede.
- Spread thinly and evenly over a 40cm by 40cm section of paint.
- Let it flash 1 to 3 minutes by temperature, then buff with a clean microfibre before moving on.
- After the full car is coated, cure indoors for at least 12 hours before driving or water exposure.
- Avoid direct sun or hot panels, and wear gloves and respiratory protection.
- Do not reuse suedes or buff cloths; store sealed in a cool dry place and use within 30 days.
