스무디 백킹 플레이트는 Buff & Shine과 공동 개발한 5인치 백킹 플레이트로, Rupes 순정 플레이트를 개선한 제품입니다. 플레이트와 하우징 사이의 작은 간격이 스톨링을 줄이고, 의도적으로 유연하게 설계한 구조가 표면 접촉을 더 균일하게 제어해 일관된 마감을 돕습니다. 그리스가 필요 없는 마운팅 시스템으로 유지보수가 필요 없습니다.

사용법
- 호환되는 Rupes 폴리셔(Mk V 제외)에 백킹 플레이트를 단단히 장착합니다.
- 벨크로 인터페이스로 폴리싱 패드를 백킹 플레이트에 부착합니다.
- 스톨링 감소와 향상된 유연성을 체감하며 평소처럼 폴리싱합니다.
The Smoothie Backing Plate is a 5-inch backing plate co-developed with Buff & Shine as an upgrade over the stock Rupes plate. A slight gap between the plate and housing reduces stalling, and the intentionally flexible build allows more controlled surface contact for a smoother, more consistent finish. Its greaseless mounting system needs no maintenance.

Usage
- Attach the backing plate securely to a compatible Rupes polisher, not the Mk V.
- Mount the polishing pad onto the backing plate using the hook-and-loop interface.
- Polish as normal, with reduced stalling and improved flexibility.
