Yacht Metal Coating is a transparent, highly resistant surface coating for metal and other surfaces on watercraft. Once cured it forms a durable layer that resists acids, salt water, weathering, resins, and mechanical stress, is heat-resistant up to 1800C, and gives an easy-to-clean, scratch- and dirt-resistant finish.

Usage

1. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free: use 99% n-butyl acetate, then neutralize with servFaces Surface Cleaner Neutra.
2. Apply with an applicator on smooth surfaces, or spray/roll onto rough, absorptive substrates.
3. After about 1-2 minutes reaction time, remove excess with a microfiber cloth.
4. Protect the treated surface from dirt and moisture for at least 18 hours after application.
5. Let it cure at ambient temperature for about 6-8 days; apply 2-3 layers on gelcoat for lasting protection.
