사용법

  1. 유리면을 세차하여 먼지, 철분 등 이물질을 제거하고 수분을 닦아냅니다.
  2. 유리 이외의 부위에 연마제가 묻지 않도록 마스킹 작업을 합니다.
  3. 전용 스펀지 또는 폴리셔용 패드에 WG21을 적당량 도포합니다.
  4. 유리면을 고르게 연마하면서 젖은 천으로 수시로 닦아 유막 제거 상태를 확인합니다.
  5. 유막이 남아 있으면 WG21을 다시 도포하여 연마를 반복합니다.
  6. 제거가 완료되면 물로 충분히 헹궈 연마제 잔여물을 깨끗이 닦아냅니다.

WG21 is a dedicated glass polishing compound for automotive window glass, covering front, side, and rear surfaces. It handles everything from routine glass cleaning to the removal of stubborn oil film and water-scale deposits as a pre-treatment before glass sealant application. The compound works with both hand polishing and machine polishing.

Usage

  1. Wash the glass surface and remove any dust, iron particles, or other contaminants; wipe dry.
  2. Mask off any non-glass surfaces to prevent compound contact.
  3. Apply a suitable amount of WG21 to the dedicated sponge or machine polishing pad.
  4. Polish the glass in even strokes, periodically wiping with a damp-wrung cloth to check oil-film removal progress.
  5. If residue remains, reapply WG21 and continue polishing.
  6. Once fully removed, rinse the glass thoroughly with water and wipe off all remaining compound residue.
