사용법

  1. 차량을 깨끗이 세차하고 필요한 경우 클레이 바로 오염을 제거합니다.
  2. 실리콘·왁스 성분이 없는 컴파운드로 폴리싱을 진행한 후 세차하고 완전히 건조합니다.
  3. Nasiol Clean으로 표면을 닦아 코팅 접착력을 높이고 잔여 오염이 없는지 확인합니다.
  4. 니트릴 장갑을 착용하고 어플리케이터 블록에 스웨이드 천을 올린 뒤 제품을 1 m²당 4–5 mL 도포합니다. 미사용 시 뚜껑을 닫아 둡니다.
  5. 1 m² 이하 구역에 크로스 방향으로 제품을 고르게 펴 바릅니다. 스웨이드 천은 3–4개 패널마다 교체합니다.
  6. 물방울 맺힘이 시작되면(약 30초 후) 밝은 회색 마이크로파이버 천으로 직선 방향으로 닦아냅니다.
  7. 짙은 회색 마이크로파이버 천으로 원형 동작으로 마무리 버핑합니다.
  8. 24시간 동안 물과 오염물질을 피하고, 내화학성과 내마모성이 완전히 발현되는 48시간까지 샴푸 세차를 삼갑니다.

ZR53 is a 10H nano ceramic coating that forms a durable protective layer on vehicle paint and hard surfaces, shielding against scratches, environmental contaminants, UV rays, and moisture. A single application delivers crystal gloss and strong hydrophobic protection lasting up to three years under normal conditions, extendable to seven years with routine maintenance.

Usage

  1. Wash the vehicle thoroughly and decontaminate the surface with a clay bar if necessary.
  2. Polish and compound the paint as needed using silicone/wax-free compounds, then wash and dry completely.
  3. Wipe the surface with Nasiol Clean to enhance coating adhesion; ensure no residual contamination remains.
  4. Wearing the nitrile gloves, place a suede cloth on the applicator block. Pour the product onto the suede cloth (4–5 mL per 1 m²). Keep the lid closed when not in use.
  5. Spread the product in a crisscross motion over no more than 1 m² at a time. Replace the suede cloth every 3–4 panels.
  6. Once water beading appears (approx. 30 seconds), wipe off excess product with the light gray microfiber cloth using linear strokes.
  7. Buff the surface with the dark gray microfiber cloth in circular motions to finish.
  8. Keep the coated surface away from water and contaminants for 24 hours; allow 48 hours for full chemical and abrasion resistance.
