사용법

  1. 마이크로 컷 패드를 15 mm 이상 롱스트로크 듀얼액션 또는 포스드 로테이션 폴리셔에 장착합니다.
  2. 패드 면에 컴파운드를 얇고 고르게 펴 발라 시작 도즈를 균일하게 만듭니다.
  3. 가장 낮은 속도로 패널에 펴 바른 뒤, 중간 압력으로 교차 패스를 반복해 연마재가 완전히 분해될 때까지 작업합니다.
  4. 사용한 패드는 다른 컴파운드와 섞어 쓰지 말고 마이크로 컷 전용으로 관리합니다.
  5. 마무리 잔여물은 초음파 컷 폴리시 & 실링 타올로 닦아내 스크래치를 방지합니다.

Modern fine-cut machine polish formulated to clear polishing haze from car, commercial vehicle and motorcycle paint. Built around aluminium oxide abrasives that break down during the cycle so the finish is left clear and uniform when worked dry.

Usage

  1. Mount a Micro Cut Pad on a long-throw dual action (15 mm or more) or a forced-rotation polisher for the cleanest result.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of polish across the pad face so the dose is consistent before priming.
  3. Smear the polish on the panel at the slowest setting, then work it crosswise at medium pressure until the abrasive fully breaks down.
  4. Keep this pad dedicated to Micro Cut and do not switch it back and forth between other compounds.
  5. Buff the residue away with the ultrasonically cut Polish & Sealing Towel to keep the finish scratch-free.
