Long-life ceramic coating for painted bodywork on cars, vans, motorcycles, RVs, and boats. Becomes weather-resistant after about 24 hours and reaches full cure roughly nine days later. Application requires properly polished, freshly degreased paint to avoid adhesion problems.

Usage

1. Wash with an alkaline cleaner such as Green Star at 1:10, and pretreat heavy contamination with clay bar or Teerwäsche A as needed.
2. Correct the paint with Heavy Cut or Fine Cut depending on condition, then refine with Micro Cut on an orbital to remove holograms.
3. Wipe panels with Silicon- & Wachsentferner or Panel Preparation Spray; on sensitive single-stage paint, dilute the wax remover 1:4 with distilled water.
4. Wear gloves from this point so palms cannot contaminate the prepared paint.
5. Charge the Application Sponge (or block plus Application Towel) with Cb0.01 and lay two cross coats panel by panel until a thin, closed liquid film is visible.
6. Let the coating flash off, then buff with the Coating Towel: lift the excess first, then lightly polish with the fresh side of the towel using circular motions.
7. Skip washing for at least nine days; gently lift bird droppings and insects right away, and add Spray Sealant S0.02 or Hand Wax W0.01 after 24 hours as a topper.
