The Innovacar Spray Pump is a 2-litre manual pre-compression pump offered in acid-resistant and alkaline-resistant versions for applying detailing chemicals at controlled pressure. Each version uses gaskets and seals rated for its pH range and includes a safety valve that releases excess pressure automatically. A continuous-dispensing lock and an adjustable swivel nozzle make application efficient.

Usage

1. On first use, fill with clean water, pump the air piston, and press the white safety valve button to verify it functions correctly, then test water dispensing.
2. Before each fill, confirm the pump is depressurised; if pressurised, press the safety valve to release pressure before unscrewing the head.
3. Optionally flush with clean water to remove residues from the previous product, then add the diluted product mixture without exceeding the maximum fill line.
4. Screw the dispenser head on tightly, pump air with the piston, then spray by pressing the dispensing button; lock the continuous button if preferred and adjust the nozzle angle as needed.
5. After use, always release pressure from the pump and disassemble and clean all parts thoroughly. Apply silicone to seals periodically to extend service life.
