SiNH Hybrid Coat

SiNH 하이브리드 코트는 Si-N-H 기술에 수지를 결합한 원스텝 나노세라믹 코팅으로, 베이스 코트의 보호력과 탑 코트의 발수력을 한 번의 시공으로 구현합니다. ISO 20566:2013 기준 미처리 표면 대비 내마모성이 약 2배이며 경도 7H로 약 4~5년 지속되는 것으로 평가됩니다. 차체, 휠, PPF, 랩핑 차량에 적용할 수 있고 PFAS 무함유로 IR 램프 없이 경화됩니다.

사용법

  1. 표면 준비: 사전세차, 세차, 화학적 오염 제거(타르, 철분, 석회질), 클레이 바로 기계적 오염 제거, 필요 시 폴리싱 후 D2 체크로 패널 와이프를 진행합니다.
  2. 폼 앱 블록에 감싼 마이크론 스웨이드에 SiNH 하이브리드 코트를 몇 방울 떨어뜨려 크리스크로스 방식으로 한 번에 50×50cm 패널씩 도포합니다.
  3. 30초(고온)~2분(저온) 동안 중합시킨 후 마이크론 버핑 와이프로 잉여 제품을 제거합니다. 10분 내에 제거되지 않으면 다시 도포하여 균일하게 펴줍니다.
  4. 4시간 후 SC0 하이드로 실란트를 최종 보호 레이어로 도포합니다. 외부 노출 전 3~4시간, 세차 전 7일을 기다립니다.

SiNH Hybrid Coat is a one-step nanoceramic coating built on Si-N-H technology with resin, combining base-coat protection and top-coat water repellency in a single application. Rated at 7H hardness and roughly twice as abrasion-resistant as untreated surfaces per ISO 20566:2013, it is rated to last around 4 to 5 years and suits bodywork, rims, PPF, and wrapped vehicles. It is PFAS-free and cures without IR lamps.

Usage

  1. Prepare the surface: prewash, wash, chemically decontaminate (tar, iron, limescale), then mechanically decontaminate with clay bar, polish if needed, and panel wipe with D2 Check.
  2. Apply a few drops of SiNH Hybrid Coat to a Micron Suede wrapped around a Foam App Block and spread using the Criss-Cross method, treating one 50×50 cm panel at a time.
  3. Allow to polymerise for 30 seconds (warm) to 2 minutes (cool), then remove excess with a Micron Buffing Wipe. If not removed within 10 minutes, reapply to even out.
  4. After 4 hours, apply SC0 Hydro Sealant as the final protective layer. Wait 3–4 hours before outdoor exposure and 7 days before washing.
