Tartarus Trim Coating is a high-solids ceramic coating that restores and protects exterior hard plastic trim on cars and motorbikes. Its ultra-durable, hydrophobic layer chemically bonds to and penetrates plastic surfaces, deepening faded trim with a satin, darkening restoration effect while shielding it from UV rays, acid rain, road salts, chemical agents and bird droppings. Built from high-grade raw materials, the inorganic coating adds strong water repellency, oil repellency and heat and salt resistance, holding its finish for up to three years. It is supplied as a kit with an applicator block, applicator suedes, gloves and instructions for a controlled, even application.

Usage

1. Clean and decontaminate the plastic trim, then wipe with a panel prep so it is fully dry and residue-free.
2. Wrap an applicator suede around the applicator block and prime it with a few drops of the coating.
3. Work panel by panel, spreading a thin, even coat across the trim in overlapping passes.
4. Allow the coating to flash for a minute or two, then level and buff any residue with a clean microfibre towel and let it cure.
