사용법
- 세차, 토탈 디콘 디컨타미네이션, 클레이 바 처리 순서로 차량을 준비하고 틈새 및 민감 부위를 마스킹합니다.
- 평탄한 패널의 테스트 구역에 마스킹하고, 강한 조명 아래 도장 결함의 심각도를 확인합니다.
- 필요한 최소한의 NSP와 패드 조합으로 저~중속에서 5~7 섹션 패스를 시공합니다.
- 결과가 만족스러우면 덜 공격적인 NSP 등급으로 넘어가 NSP 45로 마무리하고, 건식 마이크로파이버 타월로 패널을 두 번 닦습니다.
- 결과가 부족하면 더 공격적인 등급으로 추가 패스를 진행한 후 NSP 45로 마무리합니다.

NSP 150 is a fully inorganic heavy-cut nano surface primer using 1.5-micron microsphere abrasives to quickly eliminate deep scratches and severe paint defects. Its nanogel carrier, free of silicone oils and residue, simultaneously builds a ceramic coating foundation on the paint, eliminating the need for an IPA panel-wipe before nanocoating application.

Usage
- Prep the vehicle: wash, decontaminate with Total Decon, clay-bar the surface, and tape off crevices and sensitive areas.
- Tape off a test section on a flat panel and inspect paint defects under strong lighting to gauge severity.
- Apply 5–7 section passes at low-to-medium machine speed with the least aggressive NSP and pad combination needed.
- Re-inspect; if results are satisfactory, move to the next less aggressive NSP grade and finish with NSP 45, then wipe the panel twice with a dry microfiber towel.
- If results are insufficient, apply more passes with a more aggressive grade, then work back down to NSP 45.
- Wipe all completed panels with a dry microfiber towel and proceed to ceramic coating — no IPA wipe or wait time required.
