CQuartz Skin
PPF와 비닐 랩 전용으로 설계된 나노코팅으로, UVA·UVB 차단 입자를 함유하고 있습니다. 화학물질, 염분, 환경 오염으로부터 비닐 소재를 보호하면서 원래의 마감 질감을 유지한 채 약 2년 이상의 발수 보호막을 제공합니다.
작용 방식
- 용제 기반 — 유기 용제가 주로 쓰인 제품입니다. 실내·플라스틱에는 환기와 시험 도포를 권합니다.

사용법
- 시공 전 표면의 유분과 오염물을 완전히 제거하세요.
- CQuartz Skin을 격자 패턴으로 균일하게 도포하세요.
- 코팅 표면이 평탄하게 되도록 고점 없이 고르게 펴 바르세요.
- 약 2-3분간 코팅이 플래시되도록 두세요.
- 플래시 후 잔여물을 닦아내세요.
- 최상의 효과를 위해 2회 도포하세요.
- 2회 도포는 약 4시간 후, 또는 IR 램프 경화 시 즉시 진행할 수 있습니다.
- 약 4-38도 범위의 권장 온도에서 시공하세요.
- 제거가 필요한 경우 적합한 전문 탈지제를 사용하세요.
CQuartz Skin is a specialized nano-coating engineered for paint protection film and vinyl wraps, incorporating UVA and UVB blocking particles. It delivers over about 2 years of hydrophobic protection against chemicals, salt, and environmental damage while preserving the original vinyl finish.

Usage
- Ensure the surface is completely free of oil and contaminants before starting.
- Apply CQuartz Skin over the surface in an even, crosshatch pattern.
- Spread the coating flat with no high spots.
- Let the coating flash for about 2-3 minutes.
- Wipe off the residue after the flash period.
- Apply a second coat for best performance.
- The second coat can follow after about 4 hours, or immediately if cured under IR lights.
- Work within a recommended temperature range of about 40 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- If removal becomes necessary, use an appropriate professional degreaser.
