핵심 특징

사용법

  1. WÄFL 패드를 배킹 플레이트 중앙에 맞추고, 패드 면이 위를 향하도록 작업대에 놓으세요.
  2. X-Foliate를 동심원 3~4개 패턴으로 패드에 도포하여 프라이밍하세요.
  3. 깨끗한 라텍스 장갑을 착용하고 제품을 폼의 모든 기공에 골고루 마사지하세요.
  4. 프라이밍된 패드 면이 도장면을 향하도록 놓은 뒤 폴리셔 트리거를 당기고 약 20초간 그 자리에 유지하세요.
  5. 패드를 도장면에 가볍게 눌렀다 뗐다 하며 제품이 폼 기공 전체에 스며들도록 하세요.
  6. 광택 유액 3점을 추가 도포하고, 기계 속도 2.5~3으로 60×60cm 구획씩 작업하세요.
  7. 각 패널 작업 후 마이크로파이버 타월로 패드를 닦거나 블로우아웃하고, X자 패턴으로 제품을 다시 도포한 뒤 다음 구획으로 이동하세요.

A soft foam finishing pad with a waffle-face surface texture, engineered for large-stroke dual-action polishers to enhance gloss, clarity, and surface uniformity after initial paint correction. The waffle pattern promotes airflow, helping maintain a consistent pad temperature and conformable contact on both flat and curved panels. Intended as the follow-up step after cutting with the Sheer Cutting Pad.

Usage

  1. Center the WÄFL pad on the polisher backing plate and place face-up on a workbench.
  2. Prime the pad by applying X-Foliate in 3 to 4 concentric circles.
  3. Wearing clean latex gloves, massage the product into every pore of the foam.
  4. Place the primed pad face-down on the paint surface and engage the polisher trigger, holding stationary for about 20 seconds.
  5. Gently pump the pad against the paint to work the product through the foam pores.
  6. Apply 3 small additional dots of polishing fluid and work one 2×2 foot section at a time at machine speed 2.5–3.
  7. Blow out or wipe the pad with a microfiber towel after each panel, then reapply in an X pattern before moving to the next section.
