A ceramic coating formulated to protect aluminium, chrome, polished and painted wheels. It shields against road grime, salt, oil and brake dust while limiting oxidation and corrosion, and is built to tolerate the heat generated by the braking system. The cured layer is hydrophobic and deepens gloss on painted wheel faces.

Key features

Usage

  1. Work indoors at an air temperature of at least 20°C.
  2. Correct the wheel surface first, for example with SWAG HEAVY CUT.
  3. Degrease the wheel twice with SWAG FINAL INSPECT so the surface is dry, cool and oil-free.
  4. Shake the bottle, then dose a few drops onto a suede-wrapped foam applicator.
  5. Spread the coating over one section at a time using crosswise vertical and horizontal passes.
  6. After about 10 minutes, level the film gently with a microfiber cloth.
  7. Repeat on the inner barrels until the whole set of wheels is covered.
  8. Wait at least 3 hours before the next layer; an IR lamp at 50-60°C for up to 10 minutes shortens curing.
  9. Apply 2 to 3 layers in total, keeping the coating away from water for the first 12 hours.
  10. Allow at least 7 days for full cure, rinsing with water only during that period.

사용법

  1. 기온 20°C 이상의 실내에서 작업합니다.
  2. SWAG HEAVY CUT 등으로 휠 표면을 먼저 연마해 정리합니다.
  3. SWAG FINAL INSPECT로 휠을 두 번 탈지해 건조하고 서늘하며 유분 없는 상태로 만듭니다.
  4. 용기를 흔든 뒤 스웨이드를 감은 폼 어플리케이터에 몇 방울 떨어뜨립니다.
  5. 한 구획씩 세로와 가로 교차 방향으로 코팅을 펴 바릅니다.
  6. 약 10분 후 마이크로파이버로 부드럽게 닦아 도포막을 고르게 정리합니다.
  7. 휠 안쪽까지 같은 방법으로 진행해 휠 전체를 시공합니다.
  8. 다음 층은 3시간 이상 경과 후 올리며, IR 램프로 50~60°C에서 최대 10분 가열하면 경화가 빨라집니다.
  9. 총 2~3층을 올리고 처음 12시간은 물이 닿지 않게 합니다.
  10. 완전 경화까지 최소 7일이 필요하며 그 기간에는 화학제품 없이 물로만 헹굽니다.
