A glass coating made only for headlight lenses, rated at about six months of durability. The 9H film protects the surface of the headlight cover and reduces not just scratching but the staining and yellowing that come with age. That matters beyond appearance: clouded headlights cut night-time visibility and light intensity is checked at vehicle inspection, and because the decline is gradual owners often fail to notice it. On a badly deteriorated cover the polycarbonate itself has degraded, so the problem can return within about six months and the coating needs redoing.

Usage

  1. Rinse all dirt, dust and mud off with a strong stream of water, then wash thoroughly with Body Clean so no dirt is left. If the lens is stained or yellowed, prep it first with Clean Foam or Plastic Polish, as coating over the damage will not be effective.
  2. Wipe off any remaining water.
  3. Drip the coating onto a coating sponge that has been soaked with the solution, and spread it as thinly as possible so it does not run.
  4. Wipe it off completely with a clean cloth within two to three minutes, before it hardens; wiping late becomes difficult and leaves unevenness.
  5. Check that nothing is left unwiped to finish.

사용법

  1. 강한 물줄기로 오염과 먼지, 진흙을 씻어낸 뒤 바디 클린으로 남김없이 세척합니다. 렌즈에 얼룩이나 황변이 있으면 클린 폼이나 플라스틱 폴리시로 먼저 하지 처리합니다. 손상된 상태에서 시공하면 충분한 효과가 나지 않습니다.
  2. 남은 물기를 닦아냅니다.
  3. 용액을 미리 적셔 둔 코팅 스펀지에 제품을 떨어뜨려 흐르지 않도록 최대한 얇게 도포합니다.
  4. 굳기 전에 2~3분 이내로 깨끗한 천으로 완전히 닦아냅니다. 닦는 시기를 놓치면 닦기 어려워지고 얼룩이 생깁니다.
  5. 닦이지 않은 부분이 없는지 확인하고 마무리합니다.
