A glass polishing primer formulated with ultra-fine white cerium oxide powder, ground to the same fineness used for optical lenses, plus boron nitride to minimize new scratches and polishing marks. Rather than aggressively removing heavy water spots, it gently refines the glass for greater clarity and serves as a primer before applying KMKZ Window Coat 2.0.
