Tap Cap is a precision dispensing tap designed to fit standard 50 mm threaded 5-litre containers, making it compatible with all FX Protect 5L canisters and most similarly threaded 5L containers on the market. It replaces messy pouring by providing controlled flow — from single drops to a fast stream — while an integrated venting mechanism prevents container wall collapse during dispensing. Manufactured from HDPE, it resists aggressive detailing chemicals and delivers long-lasting durability.

Usage

  1. Remove the original cap from the 5L canister and check that the thread is clean, dry, and undamaged.
  2. Screw the Tap Cap onto the canister thread clockwise until hand-tight — do not overtighten.
  3. Invert the canister for 30 seconds and inspect for leaks before proceeding.
  4. Place the canister upright with the tap facing forward, then open the valve in the indicated direction to dispense the desired amount.
  5. Close the valve after dispensing and store the canister upright; periodically check the seal for tightness.

사용법

  1. 5L 캐니스터에서 기존 뚜껑을 제거하고 나사산이 깨끗하고 건조하며 손상이 없는지 확인합니다.
  2. Tap Cap을 캐니스터 나사산에 시계 방향으로 손으로 조일 수 있을 만큼 돌려 끼웁니다. 과도한 힘은 필요하지 않습니다.
  3. 캐니스터를 30초간 거꾸로 들어 누수 여부를 확인합니다.
  4. 탭이 앞쪽을 향하도록 캐니스터를 세워 놓고, 표시된 방향으로 밸브를 열어 필요한 양을 분배합니다.
  5. 분배 후 밸브를 닫고 캐니스터를 세워서 보관하며, 주기적으로 연결부의 기밀 상태를 확인합니다.
